Tula Probiotic Skincare Routine

Hello, Lashville ladies! I'm Keenan Peterson, Carly's sister, and I'm here today to talk about my skin care routine. But first, let's chat about my skin type. I have combination skin, which means it's sometimes oily (mainly in my t-zone) or very dry, with occasional breakouts. For the past several months, I have been searching for the best skin care system. I work as a bartender at a local BBQ joint here in Nashville where I'm in smoke every day. Smoke can dry your skin out and cause you to have texture and premature wrinkles.

I was desperate to find something to solve all of my issues that wouldn't break my bank. I asked some friends about different skin care lines including Eminence Organic Skin Care, Arbonne, Rodan + Fields, but  I wasn't completely sold on any one. Then I started reading blogs by estheticians and found Tula Probiotic Skincare.

Now I'm not a skin care guru, esthetician, or paid to tell you these things. I'm just a girl whose seen a huge difference in my skin since switching to Tula, and I want to share my experience with you. Tula is a probiotic skin care system. Probiotics are good bacteria. Essentially Tula uses probiotics to replace the bad bacteria with the good in order to protect your skin. As far as skin goes, this is necessary because every time you touch your face bacteria is transferred onto your skin causing breakouts.

My Morning & Night Skin Care Routine

STEP 1: Purifying Cleanser

I use the cleanser in the morning when I wake up and at night right before bed. Not only does it cleanse my skin, but it acts as a makeup remover so you can say goodbye to those makeup remover wipes. In the morning, I use a dime-size amount of cleanser and apply to my face and neck with circular motions. At night, I do the same thing except I use my Clarisonic Mia 2, which really helps get all the day's impurities out.

STEP 2: Revitalizing Eye Cream

This product is what sold me on the entire line. Don’t get me wrong, I love the cleanser and the hydrating cream, but I was seriously having issues with texture underneath my eyes because of the smoke from my work. After using the eye cream for one day I noticed a difference in the tone, clarity, texture, and overall look of my eyes. I used this product day and night for two days to get control of the situation then switched to just nights. The best thing about this product is a little bit goes a long way. You only need a dab on two fingers then pat it underneath your eyes.

STEP 3: Hydrating Day & Night Cream

This is a no brainer! Hydrating your face is so important ladies. I used to be so lazy about this, but luckily I learned that the way to get that glowing skin is through moisture. Make sure that when your applying this product you carry it all the way down your neck, and I even do some of my chest with what product is left on my hands. This moisturizing cream isn’t too heavy so you can wear it underneath your makeup without causing breakouts.
