It's officially December! The weather is getting colder, coats are getting bigger, and homes are dressed up in holiday decor. Although winter isn't one of my favorite seasons, I do love the big, fuzzy jackets (i.e. the teddy bear coat), oversized turtleneck sweaters, endless holiday excitement, and the prospect of snow falling. I especially love not feeling guilty about staying inside, curling up with a cozy blanket and my dog, and binge watching Christmas movies all day. Who's with me?
One of my new favorite trends this winter is wearing all white — a little trend the fashion world calls "winter whites." Crazy I know! You might be thinking "aren't you not allowed to wear white after Labor Day?" I'm hear to say that rule is as outdated as your mom's teased out hair from the 80s. I love this white on white look because it feels so clean — especially in the winter time when everything is grey and gloomy.
I paired my white wide leg cutoff jeans from American Eagle with a white oversized sweater from H&M. You can change up the outfit by replacing the sweater with a white lace tank underneath a white or beige cardigan or cropped jacket. I bundled up in a teddy bear coat for colder days, black studded booties for flair, and a Lack of Color hat to finish off the outfit. Shop my exact look below!
