ATTENTION FUTURE BRIDES + MAIDS OF HONOR
Music City. Nash Vegas. Smashville. How about Bachelor(ette) City? Nashville has become one of the most popular destinations for bachelorette and bachelor parties, hosting millions of parties every year. Ash Kohorst and Leah Williams recognized this growing trend and became one of many Nashville entrepreneurs to put their own spin on the party planning business. The co-founders created Hootenanni Party Co. in March 2017.
Hootenanni (n): A southern word for party
Kohorst and Williams met while working together at a country music festival in Florida. Once in Nashville they decided to continue to pursue their love for event planning. Having backgrounds in big event production combined with Nashville’s growing popularity as a hub for bachelor and bachelorette parties, Hootenanni was the obvious choice for the two entrepreneurs.
Brides have many expectations for what their bachelorette party will look like, and those duties to fulfill their vision most often fall on their best friend (or maid of honor) to make it the best night or weekend of their single lives. More and more brides are interested in destination bachelorette parties. This leaves the maid of honor the burden of planning everything from lodging to activities, and if she isn't well acquainted with the destination it makes planning that much harder. Luckily they no longer have to do it alone.
Hootenanni is a Nashville-based bachelor and bachelorette party planning company. Kohorst and Williams, aka a bride's “honorary maid of honor,” take the pressure off the maid of honor and make party planning simple. As Nashville locals they know all the hotspots from bars and restaurants to entertainment experiences. Kohorst and Williams will ensure your bachelorette or bachelor party is memorable and Instagram worthy.
“We want it to be a memory that they are going to have forever,” said the Hootenanni co-founders.
